HINDSIGHT TO LEX'S UWA LAWSUIT
This website seeks to expose student favouritism and victimisation by UWA academic staff. Lexmilian, an ex-student, was not seen as the preferred choice for work within the Oil and Gas industry due to bias and hence lecturers colluded to lower his academic standing.
Unit Feedback
This section entails an accurate analysis of Lexmilian's experiences during his tenure at the University of Western Australia between 2006-2007. A photo collage is provided of lecturers and academics who with due certainty would possess a great degree of knowledge into the scandal in question.
Lawsuit Details
This section explains the nature of Lex's lawsuit against UWA and to a side extent Murdoch University as well. It entails letters sent to the State Ombusman seeking further feedback as well as further diary entries and initial communications with key academic staff at the time of the crisis in question.

A list of weblinks is provided which illustrate the nature of Lex's studious history as further testament and proof that indeed he had been victimised. Of note, on his undergraduate Lex NEVER studied and yet attained higher grades. It's indeed a clear puzzle to see that grades had been parsed indeed.

If any university or academic institution forces/coerces someone to sign legal documentation preventing them from pursuing further legal disputes in exchange for their academic results and continuation of their studies it can be deemed that the body is conducting academic malpractice.
Lex de Mello was misled about work opportunities by academic staff and was told by prestigious academics that securing a job would indeed be a certainty given graduation.
